Le coach serbe, Jovica Antonic (qui prendra en main l'Etoile Rouge la saison prochaine) a entamé sa préparation avec son groupe et disputera en Turquie son premier tournoi de préparation. Les Serbes joueront un second tournoi en Turquie avant de jouer à Belgrade, face au Monténégro et face à la Macédoine. Antonic a sélectionné un noyau de 14 joueuses dont 3 Espoirs, médaillées de bronze à l'Euro U20 de Chieti: Sonja Petrovic, Jelena Milovanovic et Maja Milkovic.
